Downloading apps on multiple devices

New Here ,
Jan 10, 2020 Jan 10, 2020

I purchased the student Creative Cloud Plan which allowed me to download as many of the 20+ apps as i desired. I then logged in on a separate desktop and attempted to download two apps which had alreayd been downloaded on my other device and it said that they were not available with my plan. I do not understand why i cannot access these other apps on my other desktop. I have followed ADOBE instructions and it still says that they are not available or accessable with my plan?

Is your student plan shown as an "enterprise plan" if you go into your account details? If so, it means it's controlled entirely by the University, who can (for example) limit you to just one device. Adobe can't help you in this case.
