Tony it is likely you browser is blocking the AdobeAAMDetect plug-in.  Please try a different web browser or adjusting your security settings.  Please see Error referring to aam protocol when you click download button | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-download-button-gives-aam.html for more information.

Hi,

Welcome to the forums!

Please go ahead and download the product as we also refer Creative cloud apps to Desktop apps.

Just make sure that the name of the product should be Photoshop CC or Indesign CC and so on.

Hi Ankit,

My problem is when I hit the download button it changes to display this message –“ Creative Cloud is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from your computer”.

Then nothing happens and there is no way to continue with download. It is telling me to download to my computer but that is what I am doing i.e. trying to download from my computer.

If I was trying to download from a tablet or phone I can understand why I would get this message. But I am using my computer.

Thanks,

Tony
