Downloading Full adobe cloud package

Hello! I just purchased the full adobe package on a student discount but when I went to view my plans, it didn't show up. I don't want to risk paying twice for something. I can't find an adobe support number anywhere because I have this account set as a school/company account. It just says to contact my administrator for help. Anyone had the same issue before or know what to do? Thanks!
