I purchased the Adobe Master Collection two years ago. I would like to download it onto a second computer. I went to my "products" page, hit "download," unzipped the file, and hit "set-up.exe." I then got a message saying that it failed to initialize, possibly due to a missing file. The message then says to download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. Ihit the link, which brings me to the "Adobe Help Center," which has no mention of Adobe Support Advisor. How do I fix this?

Which version of the Adobe Master Collection do you use?
If it's CS6 goto here: Download Adobe CS6 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant or Manager) | ProDesignTools

I use CS6. In the link you posted, I don't see how to permanently download CS6 without buying it again (it is not even clear that I can buy it). I just want to install what I already own on another computer.

Download it, install it, and enter your serial number to activate it.

From whom did you purchase? I ask because CS6 hasn't been sold legally in any country since Jan. 2017. Are you sure it's a legitimate license? The Internet is rife with cracked & malware infected versions that can be found on 3rd party & auction sites.

NOTE: The trial downloaders on ProDesign Tools site may not work with Student/Teacher or Volume licensed editions. CS6 is discontinued & unsupported. Use at your own risk.
