I purchased a new computer and need to download PS & LR, I can only seem to download the free trial versions, I am paying for a subscription and cannot get anyone with Adobe one the phone to help me and my recent chat got disconnected!!
install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
