Downloading of existing Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hello, I need to download Adobe Acrobat Pro again, because my Mac has been to service. How do I do that in order to NOT pay for the product again? I have this number: <Removed by Moderator> and a receipt for the purchase in 2012.

when I try this I get to install the program, but when I type the serial number, the message is that it is correct, but there are no qualifying products on the machine. I try to follow the instructions and register the serial number, but it is already registered and I do not remember under which user/password, so I do not get any further (the user ID I have used now, is newly created).
