downloading photoshop elements 4.0

I purchased adobe photoshop 4.0 for xp a long time ago, I liked it and want to download it to my computer which has no cd/dvd drive...How do I go about this?

is this still active? I am trying to download it onto my Mother's Windows Pc and is it compatible with Win 10. I see this was from 2015 and probably changed or not active.

That is a dead link.

I doubt PSE 4 would run properly on Windows 10.

I'm afraid there won't be any possibility to come up with this old version. I'd like to do the same - but no chance. 

Adobe suggested to by a new one.
