CS6 desktop applications cannot run on 10.4.11. They require 10.6.8 or above per http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html.

For the second computer you would just download the Adobe Application Manager again from https://creative.adobe.com/apps and proceed to install the applications.

I understand that these computers can't be running or loged into, presumably my Creative Cloud account at the same time, but I can run the CS6 applications at the same time on my 2 diferent computers -right?

Thank you,

From the Creative Cloud FAQ here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html:

On how many computers can I install the software I download from Creative Cloud?

You can install the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.

To be clear here Ken, or at least ask for more clarification on this issue -I understand all about second "back up computer" issues regarding Creative Cloud, down loads, and single user lisensing.

My confusion is in regard to actually "running" Adobe programs, say Photoshop, on both my computers simultaniously. This use, as opossed to down load and instalation, is not clear.

I know most programs check in from time to time for updates, if online while using them, but how would my Cloud Account know I was even using the what program on which of my two different computers, let alone when?  These programs are installed on my computers, not on a "Cloud Server" -no? If I'm allowed 2 installed copies of CS6, why would I not be able to run them when ever, or at the same time in particular?

Per the EULA (end user license agreement) you may not run the software on both computers simultaneously, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/end-user-license-agreements-faq.html.

Can I use my software on two computers?

If you own, or are the primary user of, a single-user or volume license Adobe product that is installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on one secondary computer of the same platform at home or on a portable computer. However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers.

No more than one user can use a single-user license Adobe product.

Thank you for that clarifaction on usage Ken. Bummer though, as my wife  commonly uses my desktop at home while I'm on the road working with my laptop. This will be our first unworkable new wrinkle with an otherwise greatly anticipated Creative Cloud, versus our old standard lisense agreement, unless it's never been allow and hadn't understood.

The Cloud second computer clause is the same as the standard license second computer clause.

If it has worked for you in the past I don't see why anything has changed with the Cloud.

Thanks John W.  I understand now, Adobe wants to lisense to an "individual", with back-up computer options, rather than 2 "unique house hold users" -AKA a second lisense. Will use any back up programs (on other computers) with this in mind for sure now.
