Downloading updates

If this is a Teams/Enterprise account, please contact your IT dept admin.

For an individual account please tell us the following:

• Which operating system?
• Which app are you trying to update?
• What if any error codes or messages are you seeing?

You can check this: (first steps)

1- Internet conection speed ( 15 mbps is minimal but work, 30 or 50 mbps will be greate) you can use speedtest to verify your Ping (time response in ms, 10 or more ms is a really problem), and you can check there the download speed and upload speed. After the tests, if the problem is your internet provider, call them to improve it.

2- Antivirus could be blocking process (just check notifications or alerts, firewall alerts)

3- Check hard disk space available

4- And finally you can uncheck updates, and only activate its when you are not working or when the internet connectios is free ( nobody in house or your  office is using it).
