Hello simon54489064

You can check this: (first steps)

1- Internet conection speed ( 15 mbps is minimal but work, 30 or 50 mbps will be greate) you can use speedtest to verify your Ping (time response in ms, 10 or more ms is a really problem), and you can check there the download speed and upload speed. After the tests, if the problem is your internet provider, call them to improve it.

2- Antivirus could be blocking process (just check notifications or alerts, firewall alerts)

3- Check hard disk space available

4- And finally you can uncheck updates, and only activate its when you are not working or when the internet connectios is free ( nobody in house or your  office is using it).

I hope this little guide can help you.

Regards.

Joseg

Simonl54489064, what Adobe software title and version are you attempting to update?  Does the update apply, or do you eventually encounter an error message?
