Downloading when I did not purchase the item

I received Photoshop Elements 10 as a gift.  My laptop does not read discs.  Since I did not purchase this item (was a birthdaygift) how do I download it from the internet?

Lita Davis are you looking for the software to install?  If so the link Manish provided is for the trial.  If you have your serial number you can enter it during the install process for the trial as it is exactly the same installer which is included on the install disc.
