Downloading

I've just purchased Photoshop Elelments 13 but can't download it. I've got my serial No. and the Arvato box has appeared in my download box. On checking the PC spec required to run this software, I've discovered that my PC doesn't meet the requirements. I have Windows Vista and only 1.46 GHz and 0.99 RAM. Is there anything I can do to make the software work on my PC. If not, can I get a refund or, since I've actually downloaded it, have I just lost £80?

What I would try is to download it from https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html and see if you can install it.

If not, Contact Customer Care via chat.
