I purchased Lightroom 6 from Adobe in November 2017 and want to re-install it on my new laptop but the download button doesn't let me do this. Can someone help please?

Scroll down to the section "Adobe Lightroom 6/CC 2015 Direct Download Links"

Save the installation file for further usage. It's not sure how long tihs files will be available.

Thank you. The download now works. However Lightroom still doesn't read Jpeg and Raw images from my laptop which were taken on an Olympus M5 iii. I know it can't read Raw images but don't understand why it says 'file can't be found' for the Jpegs.

Maybe I'll have to give up with Lightroom.

'file can't be found' - The JPG image you are trying to edit is not located in the hard drive folder where LrC believes it to be (as shown in the catalog folder panel).

Have you Deleted, Renamed, or Moved any image files with the operating system file browser? Or unplugged an external drive with the photos?

Of course that's your choice to make.   LR6 is not compatible with newer cameras & operating systems. 🙂

At some point, you will need to get modern software anyway.
