Dreamweaver CC Uninstall

I have Dreamweaver CC installed through Adobe's Creative Cloud Desktop.  How do I uninstall Dreamweaver CC and have the 'Desktop' recognize that I do not have it installed any more??  Is it as simple as uninstalling DW through Windows 7  control panel and then rebooting computer (its a windows thing)?  That way creative cloud desktop has to take 'inventory'???
