Edge reflow

I am trying to download Edge reflow preview. A CreativeCloud update is installed. After that CC is launched, refreshed its app list a couple of times and then just sits there spinning. I am not getting an error code, it just hangs. What can I do. Is there another way to download and install Edge reflow?
