hi guys. I am new to the Adobe community So this might be a dumb question. I basically use Acrobat pro to receive prints of layouts and edit them using either paint or paint 3d. When I edit the plans with paint, some of the sections of prints are not visible while editing. When I save the changes and view again as a PDF in acrobat, all the sections are complete. Am I doing something wrong when editing? or is the PDF not formatted correctly?

If you are having problems with paint (is that a Microsoft program?) you need to find a forum for that program

Paint is a program for editing pixels, and Acrobat is for editing vector images and text. If you're strictly editing pixels using Paint from an Acrobat image, you might consider doing a screen capture of the image from Acrobat, and then editing that image. It could give you more consistent results.
The "workflow guy" in me says that it sounds very convoluted to use Acrobat as a delivery mechanism for images to be edited; could you not get the "original" image file and edit that?
