Elements 10 is not listed in Installed Programs

I am running Windows 10

I believe my version of Elements 10 is corrupted so I have purchased the upgrade to 14. But I want to remove 10 before I install 14. However when running the Windows Uninstaller Elements 10 is not listed. The Help Instructions refer you to a Page where this problem is discussed except that it isn't...

    Please refer to the below links to uninstall Photoshop Elements 10:

    Uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements

    Manually remove Photoshop Elements 10 for Windows

    After this you may use the following link to download Photoshop Elements 14: Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
