Elements 10 on a laptop

I have a legal version of Photoshop Elements 10, puchased some years ago, which runs happily on my Windows 10 desktop. I have just purchased a new laptop and would like the program on this as well; I understand my licence allows for this.

However, the laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive and my copy came as a 3 DVD hard copy. I have the serial number. How do I go about installing it on the laptop? The Adobe site does not seem to cater for downloading this version.
