Empêcher l'installation forcée de Substance 3D

Bonjour,

Creative Cloud essaie régulièrement de télécharger et installer Substance 3D, alors que je n'ai rien demandé et que je n'ai pas l'utilité de ce soft.

A chaque fois j'annule le download... et il se relance quelques jours plus tard 😕😕

Y-a-t-il un moyen de désactiver cette fonctionnalité ?

no matter what you think/know you have, you need to confirm it's also what adobe thinks. so, assuming you checked your account.

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

check your account and make sure you do not have a substance 3d plan, https://account.adobe.com

I have no Substance plan activated but regulary (15-20 days) Substance 3D try to download and install.
I hav already reset CC, but the problem still remain.

i've never seen that.

have you ever installed a substance app?

what exactly do you see, just a notice similar to an update notice?

do you have auto-updates enabled in your cc desktop app?
