Bonjour,

Creative Cloud essaie régulièrement de télécharger et installer Substance 3D, alors que je n'ai rien demandé et que je n'ai pas l'utilité de ce soft.

A chaque fois j'annule le download... et il se relance quelques jours plus tard 😕

Y-a-t-il un moyen de désactiver cette fonctionnalité ?

no matter what you think/know you have, you need to confirm it's also what adobe thinks.  so, assuming you checked your account.

 

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I have no Substance plan activated but regulary (15-20 days) Substance 3D try to download and install.
I hav already reset CC, but the problem still remain.

what exactly do you see, just a notice similar to an update notice?

 

do you have auto-updates enabled in your cc desktop app?
