can I enter to my Adobe account through another computer?

If yes, can it be through a laptop?

If you mean that "Can you install your subscribed applications on another computer" then the answer is yes you can. You can install the applications on as many computers as you like. Activate them on two computers but use them only on a single computer at a time. The only thing you need to do is login with the Adobe ID that has the subscription and install the application on your laptop.

You need to look at the actual, specific, system requirements and understand them in detail. Yes, it is pretty tedious checking all apps, but it's important.
