Dear all,

    I have been trying for two days to install this program on my PC. After

following instructions and advice it is still a no go.

The program gets to the stage of save file then showing the download on

the installationpage, then stops. The run dialogue box does not appear

and nothing appears on the desk top.

    I have also just downloaded the same program on my laptop with no

problem, first try and it is working perfectly.

    Alastair are you referring to Adobe Digital Editions?  You can find more details at http://www.adobe.com/products/digital-editions.html.

    Are you able to download the install files but then receive an error?

            This is to let you know that the problem must have been in my computer.

    I have just got it back and completed the download without any problems.

    Alatair which Adobe software or service exactly are you trying to download?  Also which operating system are you using?  Finally do you receive any specific error messages?

    Hi Jeff,

        my operating system is XP and no there are no error messages, in fact there is nothing after I

    click on install it just dies. I have tried disabling my security system and that made no difference.

    The strange thing is, when I downloaded the program to my laptop, it installed first time and is

    working perfectly.

    Any suggestions would be welcome,
