Halo, what operating system are you attempting to install Adobe XD on?  Please make sure that you are installing on a device that meets or exceeds the system requirements listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/system-requirements.html.

• Windows 10 versions 21h2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)

Thanks, Halo.  You will need to complete the instructions in the error message and apply the missing updates to Windows 10 if you wish to continue using Adobe XD on this computer.
