Erro ao instalar Creative Adobe desktop

Community Beginner ,
Aug 18, 2025 Aug 18, 2025

Alguem pode me ajudar?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi Cleb Damacena,

We are sorry for the trouble. Could you share your system's specifications(OS version, RAM, GPU, etc)?

We'll look into the details.

Hi everyone,

My problem is solved.
It was caused by some missing DLL files, but everything is installed now.

Thank you for your help!
