Error 1 when trying to install Creative Cloud with MacOs Sierra

Hi, I tryed installing Creative Cloud Desktop App on my retina-macbook with the latest version  Sierra 10.12.1, but it stops at 43% percent and shows Error 1. I tryed the solutions from the help-page (uninstalling, using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool following the Adobe constructions), but still the same problem. I could install the Desktop App on my old I-mac with El Capitan MacOsX 10.11.6. Here it worked. Thats why I assume that there might be a problem with Sierra. Hope you can help!

Hi Martinat32047768,

As you are getting "Error 1" while installing Adobe Creative Cloud app i would recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps shared in the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

As I said before, this is what I did and several times (uninstalling, Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, OOB.old, etc.), but I still have the same problem and no idea what I should do next?
