Error 107 when re-downloading Premiere Pro 11!

OS: Windows 7

When I try to download Premiere from here, Download Creative Cloud apps , I get an error of "The installer file may be damaged or missing. Please re-download it."

I've tried it again so many times! I'm getting the prompt to "unpack" the .ZIP file, but it still leads to the same outcome... Tried opening it with different things, including Windows Explorer, but it's now working! Need help, since the 2018 version of Premiere SCREWED me!

clear your adobe.com cookies and clear your cache and retry.

if that fails try another browser and/or internet connection and/or a download manager.

or use the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud to install your cc apps/trials.  it will soon be updated to allow previous versions of premiere.

or directly download from the link below (which may be the same as the one you've been using), but again, use the info in the above first two sentences for direct downloads.

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
