Error 16 - No SLStore or PCD folders!

I'm trying to install my creative suite from my old mac to my new mac.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times and deactivated the software from my old mac.

I have followed the configuration error support page from Adobe but there isn't a SLStore folder or Adobe PCD folder for me to set the permissions for.

Feeling at a dead end, please help!

I was able to find PCD and SLStore folders when I went to Finder and typed "/Library/" when you click "Go to folder" this solved the problem for me.

In ACPro DC, no PCD and SLStore folders, even though I installed the Adobe Acrobat from a disk. Grrr.

Note:

If you had backed up the applications from time machine or any other Backup utilities or Drive swap. It wont work ,you will need to start with clean fresh installation only.
