Error 16 with Mac OS Catalina

Hello everyone,

I bought photoshop and premiere (elements 14) on DVDs a few years ago.

I recently had to change my hard disk drive and my os has changed for catalina. But now, it's impossible to install these two apps ! 

So please, what should be the solution ? Need help...

Apple blocked all apps older than 2019, with Catalina. You need to update your apps. There may be a reduced price upgrade to Elements 22.

Finally, I think I'm gonna try to downgrade to Mojave. Photoshop is not the only app with which I get troubles. So...
