I downloaded the Photoshop CC installer directly from here: Download Creative Cloud apps (Because I'm not able to use the Creative Cloud app, I don't know why but this is another problem...) So I run the Set-up.exe file in order to install Photoshop, I enter my account details, start the installing process and suddenly it drops a message "Not enough disk space... More info." so I clicked on More Info to know the error 189.
Please help me. My PC has three hard disks, the C, D and E. The C disk has 10 GB free, so that's enough for Photoshop, but I want the program to be installed in E disk, just like Premiere Pro did, because I have successfully installed Premiere Pro in the E disk... Why can not Photoshop do the same? The E disk has 1 TB free! 1 TB!
Help me please.
NOTES:
- Both installers (Premiere Pro and Photoshop) were downloaded in the E disk
- Premiere Pro was successfully installed on the E disk
- The C disk has 10 GB for free usage
- The D disk (which I don't use) has only 9 MB.
- The E disk has 1 TB for free usage
Thanks.

I have Windows 10 (the latest version).
Its not an installing problem with Creative Cloud, I can open it but its like it doesnt exist because every action I make in CC, the app doesnt obey, for example, if I select any app to try it or to be installed it just do nothing thats why I decided to download Premiere and Photoshop installers directly from the link I gave.. Also, in Creative Cloud, I tried changing the installation directory/path from C to E disk but it doesnt happen.
Its weird because I installed Premeire Pro from the directly downloaded Set-up.exe with no problems.

You need more room on the C drive in order for the system to be able to do the installation.
I would advise getting a larger C drive.
What size and how full is each disk?

I deleted a few things and now the disks are like this:
C: Has 13 GB free of 118 GB
D: 9.87 MB of 499 MB (This is practically useless)
E: 1.04 TB of 1.81 TB

It's still not enough free space on the C drive.
Upgrade to at least a 250 GB drive.

Really? But five months ago I installed Photoshop on other pc with a 100 GB C disk (I don't have that pc anymore).
Is there any way to install Photoshop on the E disk? I mean, I don't want to fill the C disk, so I want to install new apps on the E disk.
Or how do I change the installation directory?

I just noticed that the Photoshop's installer wanted to install it on the D disk, where I have not enough space, but why on it? How can I change the installation path to my E or C disk?

Download a different version, when I changed the version I was downloading it worked fine and downloaded fine. When in the Adobe installer, click the drop down arrow next to install and click manage and then other versions and pick one of your choosing.
