Error 214 al instalar Creative Cloud

Al abrir Creative Cloud, se ha iniciado una actualizacion, y me ha dado el error 214.

He desinstalado Creative Cloud y he intentado volver a instalarlo. pero me vuelve a dar el error 214.

En este estado no puedo actualizar mis aplicaciones de escritorio.

 

Alguna solucion?

disable all security software (eg, av, firewall etc) and retry installing.

Desactive el antivirus y firewall de Norton, tambien el firewall de windows pero continuo con el mismo problema.

just to be sure, you are using the cc desktop app* to install, correct?


install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

You may want to check for any changes made to the computer or network connection around that time. Was an update run or a change made to a firewall setting? Parece ser que el problema es debido a que windows no esta actualizado, Windows Update no funciona correctamente, estoy intentando resolverlo,  comento en cuanto sepa algo.
