I'm trying to download the update to Photoshop and getting Error 24-can't find error 24 on help page.

there's an exit code 24, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/Install_Error_codes_CC.html

 

if that link isn't helpful, embed a screenshot of the error using the "insert photos" icon.  do not attach an image that requires downloading.
