ERROR 501 Please help

I keep getting this error while trying to install the adobe illustartor. Tried everything and nothing helped 

any ideas, solutions?

Muhammet5C92, Error 501 occurs because the installer cannot access a file to complete the installation process.  Are you trying to install Illustrator CC?  Was Illustrator CC installed on the computer previously, or is this a new M1 Mac computer?  If it is a new computer, what process did you use to transfer files to the new system?
