Error al validar número de serie de Adobe CS6

He formateado el disco duro de un ordenador y, tras la instalación con discos originales, no consigo que funcione ningún software de Adobe CS6 a pesar de tener un número de serie legal. He conseguido que funcione como prueba de 30 días pero necesito poder validar mi número de serie para trabajar de seguido con él.

El sistema operativo instalado es 10.13.6

No he recibido un mensaje de error como tal, al abrir InDesign me dice que tengo que registrar el producto, y al introducir el número de serie me indica que inicie sesión. Cuando intento iniciar sesión con el número de verificación que me llega por mail me vuelve a salir el mismo mensaje y así todo el rato. No consigo que se valide el número de serie.

Hola a todos

 

Como me daba problemas la versión original instalada de CS6 decidí formatear el disco duro por completo y volver a instalar tanto el sistema operativo OSX 10.13.6 como el software completo de Adobe CS6. Creo que este sistema operativo soporta TLS 1.2.

 

Y sí, en este ordenador he tenido instalada la versión Adobe CC, creo que hace uno o dos años, también versión con licencia, pero al haber formateado el disco es de suponer que se habrá borrado toda la información previa que había en él.
