Error code 01 installing Adobe Creative Cloud (windows 7)

Question

Trying to install the Creative Cloud, it fails with the following error:

It basically says: We found the following errors: Error installing Creative Cloud for Desktop. (Error code: 1).

As you can see I can't download any report or something related.

Any clue?

Seems like I solved the problem.I went to a PC Store for restore the computer and seems like few libraries were missing on my windows folder. So restoring them made the installation work pretty fine.Thank you guys for your time.
