ERROR CODE 1 : Installing adobe creative cloud in MAC

Hi guys! been trying to install adobe creative cloud for mac but still getting error code:1

Followed everything that I saw in the forums:

- Fixed timezone

- Re-named OBEE and AAMUpdater

NOTHING HAPPENED

Should I uninstall all my CC apps before installing creative cloud? (Kinda scared to do this because I might not be able to install it again)

HELPPPPPPPP.

PLEASE HELP.

OS is macOSHighSierra v. 10.13.1

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
