Hello,
I keep getting Error code 113 whenever I try to update my apps lately on Windows 10.
"Download error. Unable to reach Adobe servers. Check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try again."
It gets to roughly 25% and then stops. I've referred IT to this case (App Update Failed - Error 113 ), but they believe the error is on Adobe's end and not a firewall issue. I've always been able to update these programs in the past, so I don't understand why they would suddenly fail. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud with no luck.
Please advise!

it's not on adobe's end.
confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos?
if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
