Good Morning

I need help when I upgrade the software I find this error :

Hi Michele,As you have mentioned you are unable to update Adobe Camera Raw as it fails with an error message "Error code 116". This error occurs when the download is interrupted and gets corrupted, for more information on this error see: Creative Cloud download and install errors.To resolve this I would suggest you to turn off any Anti-virus, system optimizer, internet and browser security software installed on your machine and then retry the update.For many customer's ByteFence has been creatin...

Hi Michele,

As you have mentioned you are unable to update Adobe Camera Raw as it fails with an error message "Error code 116".

This error occurs when the download is interrupted and gets corrupted, for more information on this error see: Creative Cloud download and install errors.

To resolve this I would suggest you to turn off any Anti-virus, system optimizer, internet and browser security software installed on your machine and then retry the update.

For many customer's ByteFence has been creating this issue, refer to this thread to know more: Creative Cloud update Fatal Error '116" , so if you have this software installed on your machine then please uninstall it and retry.

Hi,

This isn't a way to do thing. 
Creative Cloud is "profesional" software, it should work in a professional environment, with professional anti-virus and professional security.
Why should we disable every security on our workstation to accomodate Adobe ?!?
