Error code 127 while installing adobe premium pro 2020

Error code 127 while installing Adobe Premium Pro 2020 "What is the solution? " 

1. All the systems required for installation are fulfilled.

2. firewall and antiviruses are disabled.

What should I do?  how will the fatal error be resolved?

What is "Adobe Premium Pro 2020"? Are you talking about Acrobat Pro or Premiere Pro or something else? Did you download the installer file directly from Adobe?

adobe premmiere pro 2020 for video Editing

Download the Adobe CC App and use that to install Premiere Pro.

I don't believe that Premiere Pro 2020 is available from Adobe.
