Error Code 146

Hello!

I downloaded the free trial of Photoshop a few weeks ago, and just bought the student Adobe package with Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, etc. the other day. I successfully InDesign and Lightroom, but I am getting Error Code 146 when I try to download Photoshop. I need to rename the file? How do I go about this?

I only have a few days to complete my project and need something that is saved in Photoshop! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
