Error code 183 is back again and I can't repair CC desktop

Hi,

After being quiet for a long time, CC Desktop is again issuing error code 183 when trying to update itself. I'm running Windows 10. When I try to do a repair, I get the following error message :

Funny but ridiculous.

install using compatibility mode>win 10

Problem still there. Still ridiculous.

By the way, I have unmarked the above answer (self marked as correct by its author) as correct since no one can run a program in Windows 10 compatibility mode when the OS is Windows 10 .
