suddnely i can not use my premiere Pro,

they show me the this sentence error.

i already delete program and install again

but can not...

how can i solve this problem  ?

OH HYUN TAK, Hello.

The same thing seems to be happening in Captivate (2019) instead of Premiere Pro.
Please check your firewall settings.
