I cant even solve the problem with the posting about the topic. Pls help

But, actually, I had tried all of those methods since it was all used to reply the same topic problem. Idk what to do anymore

Syf107, after you implemented the seven solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/exit-code-191-while-installing-adobe-xd-windows.html are you still receiving the same error as your original post?

If so, then Univeral Windows Platform installations are currently being blocked on the computer.  Are you able to install other applications from the Microsoft Store?  Is there any pending updates available within the Microsoft Store?

Indeed, I got the same error 191 that made me cannot install the adobe xd up until now.

I also read about it, the microsoft store. I have downloaded it all. I tried to download the twitter and also whatsapp desktop apps. it doesn't have a problem at all.

Do you have any alternatives?
