Error Code 205

When I try to download Creative Cloud for Photoshop I just get this error. Anyone know the fix? When I connect to one of my neighbor's wifi and try to download, I get error code 81.

Please check the KB: Error downloading Creative Cloud applications

Error 205 indicates that the downloaded installation file might be corrupted.  Please try downloading via an alternate Internet connection.  If you are connected wirelessly then try a wired connection and download again.

In the OP I mentioned that I tried downloading using my neighbors internet, but it gave me error code 81. I don't have an ethernet cable to connect to my router either soo. 😕
