I am unable to install creative cloud on my windows 7 home premium,at first I'm getting a error code 207 and disabling the firewall seems to fix it,but then I get error code 43(failed to to copy critical files)....please help
Please download creative cloud using following steps.
1) open following link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html
2) Open a new tab in the same browser
3) open following link in that tab http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx3_4_1_181.zip
4) install creative cloud using the file downloaded from link on step 3
Note: It is important to do it step by step as opening first link is to make sure you do not get access denied erro

Hi,
Please try following steps
For Mac
1) Close all adobe related processes in activity monitor (Creative cloud, Core sync, CC library, services for adobe desktop app, adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
2) Navigate to following locations and assign the current user full permissions to adobe folders. To navigate click go from menu bar at then click goto.. type /Library/application support/ and click go.
3) To assign the permission right click on adobe folder and click Get info.. A property window will open. Then click on lock symbol to enable editing. Then click + sign to add your username. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear symbol at the bottom and click apply to enclosed items and click ok.. Proceed to next step then.
4) open utilities from application library itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
5)Download the Adobe Cleaner Tool from here: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg
6) Open the Cleaner Tool and choose to clean "Creative Cloud" only.
7) Install creative cloud from following link https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
8 )Launch cc app and it should work fine
For windows
1) Close all adobe related processes in task manager (Core sync, services for adobe desktop app, adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
2) Navigate to following locations and assign the current user full permissions to adobe folders. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click security tab , click edit and select current user you are signed in with , select full control , click apply and then ok)
C://program data (enable view hidden files to see this folder)
C://program files 86x/common files
C://program files 86x/
C://program files/common files
C: //program files/
3)Navigate to c://programfiles86x/common files/adobe/ and delete Adobe Application Manager
4) Download the Adobe Cleaner Tool from here: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe
5) Open the Cleaner Tool and choose to clean "Creative Cloud" only.
6) Install creative cloud app from following link https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
7) And launch it and it should work.

I try the above, and still fails with error 43.
I try it on various Windows, windows 10, windows 7 (on different computers)- and even uninstall all Adobe products with no avail.
and before it would work with the same PC/ Windows images...

Please install Adobe application manager and launch it. It will update itself and install creative cloud app. You can use following link to download it

I have a new problem now,individual apps wont install,the error says about firewall,but my firewall is already disabled.

This firewall error is most likely to be your organization firewall. Make sure Adobe's ports and URls are whitelisted in your organization's firewall whitelist.

3) open following link in that tab Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2015 Release | ProDesignTools
4) You will find all list of apps available there. Download the apps you want and then you can install them.

I didnt know standalone offline installers were available for CC. by the way any idea what is the root cause of these problems and errors?, is it anything with my computer?(I did a system complete restore few weeks ago)

Hi,
It can be due to Antivirus on your PC. Although you disabled it it sometimes does not allow some websites. You can test on a different computer without antivirus and see if that works.

I think this entails with hardware. since it is already resolved if someone encounter this error again might check this website also they provide a solution for that kind of error.
