Error Code 207

For days I have been working around this issue. I can't open the Creative Cloud app anymore, I can't update my applications.
We've tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined in the various support documents. Firewall off, antivuirus off, exceptions to the corporate firewall, nothing helps! Where can I download the install files? I want my updates!

    Besides the fact that these 4 links all lead to the same discussions and troubleshooting tips, no, none of these help. We've added all the necessary addresses to the filters both on the firewall and on the antivirus, prioritized traffic, disabled local and network firewalls, disabled antivirus, NOTHING helps.

    What am I supposed to do, take all the computers home with me?
