ERROR CODE 306

I am getting an error code 306 when updating Photoshop 23.02, Lightroom Classic 11.01 and Camera RAW 14.01. I have Creative Cloud Desktop 5.6.0.788

Ok, thanks for the update, A.M. 

 

Based on your post, you have the most recent version of the Creative Cloud desktop app per the directions in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs-1.html#error306.   For your next steps, I recommend removing and reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app by following the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html.  This will ensure that there are no components of the Creative Cloud desktop app are out of date.

Yes, and it worked under Windows 11 and I have the version from October 26, 2021. But after that it didn't work anymore.
