Error Code 49 on After Effects

when I try to install it the download fails and says Update Failed - Learn More

when I pressed Retry it just failed again

so then I pressed learn more and then get help

the solution was to uninstall it and retry

but I couldn't find a uninstall button or way to delete it

please help me if you can

Please Refer to steps below :-

Open Temp folder.

Clear the Temp folder content.

Disable your computer Firewall and Antivirus for sometime.

Launch CC Desktop and try downloading Apps.
