I am receiving this code because I downloaded twice , and the installers are both attempting to download the program at the same time. Check your downloads , cancel one.

    Maikitxu I would recommend reviewing the DLM.log file to determine the network configuration failure which is causing the error.  Details on how to locate the log files for the download can be found at Error downloading, installing, or updating Creative Cloud applications.
