Error Code: P1. Help.

Hi,

After waiting for chat support for a while, it ended after the guy (Al...) on the other end ended the chat session after waiting for 1 second (according to the log); the phone support waiting time took an eternity (I ended up hanging up). So, here I am hoping that this forum can help.

I have a MacBook Air with operation system MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and every time I try to install my products I get the message "Error Code: P1" and the installation ends after 12%. Can someone help me before I cancel my subscription and switch to Affinity? I really don't know who to ask anymore.

Hi,

Most of the time it's a permissions issue.

Try to give the Adobe folders read and write permissions :

MAC HD/Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SlStore
