I got Error code: P1 while trying to install Photoshop CC trial version.

What`s the issue here?

Hi Georgeego888,

It seems that got error code: P1 while installing Photoshop directly from the website. I would request you to follow the steps mentioned in this link:- "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app​. Please try to install Creative Cloud and then install Photoshop from Creative Cloud.

Kindly share the results after trying these steps. In case you need further assistance with this, please share your OS version so that we may assist you with more specific instructions.

same result, error during installation of creative cloud and photoshop

The creative cloud app install just disappears with no warnings.  This after following the steps for the CC cleaner and wasting all night watching the Photoshop CC installer sit at 5% an then error out with "P1".

Adobe is horried.  Adobe is bloated crapware and we have to pay for it.  Keep your "adobe cloud", I have hardrives for my data.  Amazon and Google are true clouds, don't confuse people with your version of the term.

I wasn't installing Photoshop --  I was trying to install Creative Cloud --- error code is P1

Can you advise?  I need to update my password for Creative Cloud also.
