error code u44m1p7 Any help please!

Every time i try and update AE i receive this error code u44m1p7. I am running el Capitan.

When i reinstalled i received this. '

Run the Adobe Cleaner tool once and if present remove After Effects.

Also make sure there is not After Effects folder present inside Applications folder.

Then try to install the app from Adobe Creative Cloud app again.
